An open door policy
A clinic with steps at the door isn't open, whatever the sign says. This site is built as plain, semantic HTML: headings in honest order, alt text on every image that carries meaning, controls reachable by keyboard, and text that scales with your settings instead of fighting them.
Color never works alone here — a fitting principle for a company whose products speak in color changes. Anything our palette signals is also written in words, and text contrast is kept above WCAG AA throughout, including on the deep-teal panels.
We test with screen readers and strong zoom, but we are a small practice and things slip. If a page traps your keyboard, an image stays silent, or anything meets you badly — tell the front desk what happened and what you were using. Accessibility notes are seen out of turn, ahead of everything else in the queue.
