Second opinions
Sometimes an order needs a second opinion: a duplicate box, a cat who has vetoed all sand on principle, a kit bought for a worry that resolved. Returns run through Amazon — open Your Orders, choose the item, follow the flow. Their return window and any category rules on the listing apply, and refunds land on the original payment method on their schedule.
Before returning a 'failed' kit, two minutes of troubleshooting solves most cases. Sand refused: it can take a picky cat several hours to accept a new surface — give it a full day, in a clean dry box, with no other litter available. Strip 'not working': check the expiry on the tube, confirm the sample was fresh, and read at the printed time, not after. Colors that keep darkening past the read window are chemistry, not defect.
A genuinely damaged, expired or wrong item should go back without ceremony — no guilt issued by this office. Consumables are often refunded without a physical return at all.
If the flow loops on you, the front desk will point you to the right page — and if a kit failed you in a way we should know about, we genuinely want the note.
