Patient confidentiality

A good clinic keeps thin files, and ours is nearly empty. This site is a static catalog: no accounts, no intake forms, no cookies of our own, no trackers following you down the hall. We do not know who you are, and nothing here asks.

Our server keeps the standard anonymous logs every website keeps — a page was requested at a time by a browser — and we read them only in aggregate, to keep the site standing. No profiles are built, and nothing is sold or shared, because nothing personal is collected in the first place.

When you click through to complete an order, you leave our practice for the retailer's — from that point their privacy policy takes over, their cookies do their work, and your cart and payment details live entirely with them. We are told a visitor was referred, never who.

If any of this file raises a question, the front desk reads every note: write to us via the contact page and a human will answer in plain language.
